What is Life Coaching?

Life coaching is taking someone who is already highly functioning, yet still suffering, to the next level.

Therapy, on the other hand, is taking someone who is non-functioning, or having a difficult time in day-to-day life, diagnosing their problem, and solving it.

Coaching is less focused on pathology, or what’s wrong, and instead concentrates on what is going on now and where you want to go in the future (goal oriented).

We all have a pattern of thinking that we interpret as how the world is being reflected back to us, and we don’t see this pattern of thinking as choices.

This pattern of thinking developed consciously or unconsciously from everything around you: parents, teachers, friends, society, education, TV, movies, books, magazines, etc.

All of this programmed input processes in your brain as electro-chemical reactions resulting in thoughts.

Your thoughts are unique to you because of the specific conditioning or particular ways you have been taught to think.

Life coaching clarifies who you are, what you believe in, and what you do.

From this knowledge about yourself, you are able to decide if you like your programmed thoughts and the results they are producing, or if you’d like to choose deliberately and consciously how you’d like to think about a circumstance in your life in order to create an intentional result.

Life coaching is not about changing the world—it is about bringing awareness to your unconscious, programmed patterns of thinking.

Creating this awareness allows change to happen.

Investing in your mental health is super-important to prevent being stuck or somewhere you don’t want to be.

An undirected mind operates naturally in survival mode, constantly identifying and magnifying potential threats to our well-being, creating a life of stress, frustration, worry, and anxiety.

The secret to living a happier life and feeling better is to take control of your mind.

Become the master your mind, or your mind will master you.

Through life coaching, I can help you uncover your programmed, unconscious thinking, and teach you the tools to master your mind so you may live a happier, more fulfilling life.
