Stopping to appreciate everything you already have in your life is one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself. Practice wanting what you already have, and notice how amazing you feel...this feeling is abundance. Focusing on what you don't have, or believing you have less than, creates a feeling of scarcity, and causes you unnecessary distress. We all have so much wealth already.
